Flexibility

Breathwork

Foot Yoga

Meet Verena
Verena is a passionate Yoga instructor with more than 14 years of Yoga practice.

Verena began her yoga journey as a way to relieve back pain and tension caused by long hours of sitting at a desk. From the very first class, she felt the transformative power of yoga—and instantly fell in love with the practice. For the past 14 years, yoga has been a constant companion on her path, not just as a physical discipline but as a source of inner balance and mental clarity.
With her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification, Verena now shares her knowledge and passion with others. She knows from personal experience how profound the benefits of yoga can be—for both body and mind. Her classes are infused with mindfulness, joy in movement, and the belief that everyone can unlock their full potential through yoga.
